Patients are invited by email and can see their own appointments and the notes you wrote for them. Your clinical notes stay yours.
Appointment reminders
An email goes out before the appointment, and every send is recorded so nobody is reminded twice. Switched on only if you want it.
Recall list
The patients who have not been seen in a while and have nothing booked, so nobody quietly falls off the books.
Roles and permissions
Administrator, moderator and limited access. Who may see and change what is decided once and holds everywhere in the application.
Several languages
Bosnian, Serbian, German and English. Each member of the team picks their own on their profile.
